I think that making a living and making a life are two completely different things. Making a living is necessary to survive, doing anything possible to make it in the world to go as far as you can. Almost everyone can relate to struggling with making a living, especially now with our economy. Many people, even professionals, have lost their jobs to make a living, and are now taking any opportunity that comes their way. Making a life seems to be more of a desire, a dream being carried out, although many people settle with what they have. Both involve goals, short term and long term. I think that both are important in having a fulfilling life.
